1. 3 days: Mulu National Park and Caves tour. Mulu is a World Heritage Area and also recognized as a biodiversity hotspot. During your time here you will explore 4 caves with your guide. Time for a picnic lunch and swimming on Day 2.

2. Full day: Niah National Park and Caves tour. (should be combined with another tour) The Great Cave sheltered human life 40,000 years ago. Here lie the oldest human remains in Southeast Asia, along with many other relics of pre-historic man.

3. 4 days: Bario Highlands. Bario is the home to the Kelabit people, another indigenous cultural group. Also home of the famous Bario Rice. You will trek between lodges, visiting the Kelabit longhouses and meeting their inhabitants. (includes all meals)

4. Prolong your stay in Kuching and return to Batang Ai for a 3-4 day camping trip deeper into the jungle with native guides.

5. Return to Damai Beach to enjoy the sun and surf. Snorkeling, diving, boating and jungle trekking are
available.
